Writing practice - IELST의 Task 2의 문제에 대해 글을 작성해 보았습니다. 여러 버전으로 지속적으로 작성하며, 글의 방향을 잡으려고 합니다. 영어 글쓰기에서 가장 중요한 것은 문제에서 요구하는 내용을 이해하고 그것에 대해 논의, 논거 하는 것이라고 생각이 됩니다. 물론 해당 부분에 미숙하여 때로는 글이 이해가 되지 않는 부분이 있을 수 있음을 언급드립니다.

 

Q: In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Doyou think this is a positive or negative situation?

 

Some people want to the own home. It depends on countries. There are each effect when they choose to buy their home.

As the positive struation, firstly, when they bought their own home, they could feel more comfortable and proundable. it is necessary part from several people who want to make new family like a baby. For example, if they want a baby, they might be choosed their work or finding a person who can take care their baby. However, they don't live their own home, and change place.it is too hard. Therefore people want to their own place. Secondly, it is possible to increase worth of their property as spending time. These raise is able to be bigger then their salary.

However, there has other parts. Firstly most people should borrow the money to buy their place from the bank. The bank require lightly fee which is not fix rate, the rate is able to change as the effect of world economy. In addition, people don't think about increasing rate. But it is not unfortuallty. As a result when its rate increase, people have used to give up there relationship or find another bank. These methods also give people negative situation.

 

어떤 사람들은 집을 갖고 싶어 한다. 그것은 나라에 따라 다르다. 그들이 그들의 집을 사는 것을 선택할 때 각각의 효과가 있다

하지만 다른 부분도 있습니다. 우선 대부분의 사람들은 은행에서 그들의 집을 사기 위해 돈을 빌려야 한다. 은행은 고정금리가 아닌 약간의 수수료를 요구하며, 세계 경제의 영향으로 금리가 바뀔 수 있다. 게다가, 사람들은 증가율에 대해 생각하지 않는다. 그러나 그것은 불행하지 않다. 결과적으로 금리가 오르면 사람들은 그곳의 관계를 포기하거나 다른 은행을 찾곤 했다. 이러한 방법들은 또한 사람들에게 부정적인 상황을 준다.
