Writing practice - IELST의 Task 2의 문제에 대해 글을 작성해 보았습니다. 여러 버전으로 지속적으로 작성하며, 글의 방향을 잡으려고 합니다. 영어 글쓰기에서 가장 중요한 것은 문제에서 요구하는 내용을 이해하고 그것에 대해 논의, 논거 하는 것이라고 생각이 됩니다. 물론 해당 부분에 미숙하여 때로는 글이 이해가 되지 않는 부분이 있을 수 있음을 언급드립니다.

 

Q: In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Doyou think this is a positive or negative situation?

 

Some people argue their own home is necessarily better than renting it. Although it depends on countries, the reason why people want their own home is human basically minds. A long time ago, every human has inherited their own place. However, as spending time, it has a cost and worth, it is increasing more and more. As a result, several people didn’t think their own home is not necessary. So there mentioned situations which are positive and negative when they have a home

Firstly, in a positive situation, they are able to make their plan without movement until they want to change their home. It means they don’t have any reflection like a fixed kitchen, changed cotton and so on. They can choose everything. Because of their place. And they can feel a lot of emotions such as comfortable, happiness, and pride. When they bought their own home, it should be the biggest decision in their life. these experiences give positive effects to their life. Moreover, they will able to try to gain their other goals.

Secondly, on the other hands, to buy the home is too hard when they don’t have any information and their experience. It is possible to do contract with other. It can become a difficult problem which is hard to help other people. In addition, they should increase responsibility to protect their home as paying. Usually, people might not be pay their own budget, included giving help the bank. They use a loan which is changed fee as world’s economy situation. If they have enough money, it doesn’t matter. They are able to solve this problem. However, reserve situation, it becomes a biggest problem. because it is too hard to make money during short time.

Lastly, there mentioned two parts between positive and negative. there is important to respond their place only their budget. 

 

어떤 사람들은 자신의 집이 임대하는 것보다 반드시 더 낫다고 주장한다. 나라마다 다르지만 사람들이 내 집을 원하는 이유는 기본적으로 인간의 마음이다. 오래전에, 모든 인간은 그들만의 장소를 물려받았다. 그러나 시간을 들이면서 비용과 가치가 점점 더 증가하고 있다. 결과적으로, 몇몇 사람들은 자신의 집이 필요하지 않다고 생각했다. 그래서 그들이 집을 가질 때 긍정적이고 부정적인 상황들이 언급되었다
